Information

Following the successful delivery of the titanium laminate equipment, FRHE has recently shipped Alloy 625 / Alloy 825 equipment. The project is an important breakthrough for FRHE in the field of special materials for FPSO, the classification society is ABS, the project site is in Senegal, the largest equipment diameter is 4.5 meters, length is 25 meters, the weight of a single unit is 130 tons.

 

The FPSO will be permanently moored at a depth of 780m and is expected to be able to handle 100,000 barrels of crude oil, 130 million standard cubic feet of gas and 145,000 barrels of injected water per day, with a minimum storage capacity of 1.3 million barrels of crude oil. During the execution of the project, the project team overcame multiple unfavorable factors such as the epidemic and the strike at foreign steel mills, and finally delivered the project on time and with quality, winning high recognition from Woodside, Modec and Frames for our quality management, technical capability and project execution.

 

The successful delivery of this project has laid a solid foundation for FRHE in the field of FPSO special materials. Relying on its outstanding technical, R&D, brand, equipment and geographical advantages, FRHE has become a synonym for high-end manufacturing.
