Heat Exchanger plays a key role in the heating system, but sometimes the heating temperature may be insufficient. The following are some common reasons.

First, scaling inside the Heat Exchanger is one of the important factors. After long-term operation, impurities, minerals, etc. in the water will adhere to the surface of the Heat Exchanger, forming a thick layer of dirt, which seriously affects the heat transfer efficiency and causes the heating temperature to drop.

Second, insufficient fluid flow can also cause this problem. If the flow of the heat medium or the heated fluid is too low, the heat exchange cannot be fully carried out, so that the output heating temperature does not meet the requirements.

Third, improper selection of Heat Exchanger may lead to insufficient heating temperature. If the heat exchange area of the Heat Exchanger is too small to meet the actual heating demand, or its design parameters do not match the actual working conditions, it may affect the heating effect.

Fourth, poor sealing can cause heat loss. If the connection of the Heat Exchanger is not well sealed, there will be heat leakage, reducing the actual heat transferred to the target area.

Fifth, the low temperature of the heat source itself is also one of the reasons. If the temperature of the source providing heat is not high enough, then after passing through the Heat Exchanger, the final heating temperature will naturally be difficult to increase.

In addition, the long-term use of the Heat Exchanger may cause some parts to age and be damaged, such as the breakage of the heat exchange tube, which will also affect the heating temperature. The unreasonable operating parameters such as the pressure imbalance in the system may also affect the normal operation of the Heat Exchanger and cause insufficient heating temperature.
