Material problems are an important factor leading to internal leakage. If the selected heat exchange tube and other materials are of poor quality, have defects or are not corrosion-resistant, they are prone to breakage, cracks, etc. during long-term use, thus causing internal leakage.
Imperfections in the manufacturing process may also cause internal leakage.
