In terms of design, accurate calculations should be made based on accurate process parameters. According to the operating pressure, temperature, medium and other factors of the container, the structural form, wall thickness and other parameters of the container should be reasonably determined, and the relevant design standards should be strictly followed. During the manufacturing process, the raw materials are strictly inspected to ensure that the quality of the materials meets the requirements. Welding work should be performed by qualified welders in accordance with standard welding process regulations, and non-destructive testing should be performed on the welding joints, such as radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing, to ensure the welding quality and prevent defects such as cracks and incomplete penetration.

Safety accessories such as safety valves and bursting discs are the last line of defense for pressure vessels. Check the safety valve regularly to ensure that its starting pressure is accurate and the return seat is good. The bursting disc should be replaced regularly to ensure that it can rupture and release pressure in time when overpressure occurs.
