1. Material strength characteristics

The strength characteristics of materials mainly include yield strength, tensile strength, etc. Yield strength is the stress value when the material begins to produce obvious plastic deformation. When the stress on the material reaches the yield strength under the pressure inside the pressure vessel, irreversible deformation will occur. Tensile strength represents the maximum stress that the material can withstand during the stretching process. Materials with high yield strength and tensile strength can withstand greater pressure without deformation or rupture. For example, the yield strength and tensile strength of high-strength alloy steel are much higher than those of ordinary carbon steel, and can better adapt to high-pressure environments.

Prevent rupture
