In order to strengthen the construction of our skilled personnel, play the main role of enterprises in the cultivation and evaluation of talents, according to the document requirements of the Operating Rules for the Recognition of Occupational Skills Levels in Suzhou City Enterprises, our company recently carried out the assessment work for the recognition of occupational skills levels in 2020.
The assessment involved two levels of senior workers and technicians, and a total of 281 employees and 14 assessors participated in the assessment work for lifter, fitter and welder.
Before the assessment, the Human Resources Section hosted a pre-examination preparation meeting for all assessors and staff who participated in the assessment, organized a study of the policy documents related to the work of occupational level recognition, made division of labor arrangements for each aspect of the assessment, clarified responsibilities and put them into practice.
During the examination, the assessment team, in line with the purpose of strict standards, standardized operation, good prevention and safe identification, strictly controlled the organization of the examination room, the marking of the assessors and the theoretical examination to ensure that this examination was open, fair and equitable.
The successful implementation of this vocational skill level recognition work has laid a solid foundation for our company to build a perfect talent growth mechanism system. In the future, we will continue to actively and orderly carry out skill level recognition work in accordance with the company's needs, and continuously promote the construction of the company's skilled personnel.
