On June 9, 2023, FRHE’s first batch (4 of 46) NFE vessels and Furui CIT’s first batch (3 of 6) NFE storage tanks were loaded on barges at Zhangjiagang Gangxin Port to Shanghai Port and then sail to Qatar.

Background of the project:

Qatar Petroleum North Field East (NFE) project is an expansion of the North Field, the world’s biggest single non-associated natural gas field, offshore north-east Qatar peninsula. The North Field East project is expected to increase Qatar’s LNG output by 43% to 110Mtpa.

FRHE’s first batch includes one over-limited equipment, which is made of SA240 316/316L material in ID 6.7m and N.W. 200 tons.
