Recently, following the success of the crane worker skills competition, the welder competition also came to a successful conclusion. The competition set up a total of three competitions for electrode arc welding, argon arc welding and submerged arc welding, with a total of more than 90 welders participating.

Before the competition, Mr. Zhu Jianhua, head of the Process Department, announced the rules of the competition, scoring standards and other precautions, and the competition officially began.

After clarifying the rules of the craft, the competitors held their torches tightly and welded the cold steel plates perfectly with exquisite skills. Each welder focused on the work in front of them. They all seemed to be artists at the moment, creating each piece of fine art with their hearts.

After an intense competition, all competitors completed their work and were judged by referees consisting of members from three different departments for each welding project.

In the end, Mr. Sun Zhaobo and 12 other winners were selected from more than 90 contestants and received honorary certificates and prizes from FRHE. Taking this opportunity, we hope that the other contestants will take the technical experts as their role models, learn from their good professionalism and pursuit of first-class career by studying hard, working hard and striving for excellence, and set off a wave of learning craftsmanship from the technical experts.

Welders, known as steel tailors in the industry, are indispensable in the country's high-end manufacturing industry, and as welders in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, it is their norm to be wet with sweat and blurred by electrical spark. It is also because of their adherence to the welding process for decades that they can quickly promote the development of FRHE. The skills of the country's successors, the sincerity of the craftsmen, FRHE will continue to uphold the spirit of rigorous and serious craftsmen, adhere to the standards on quality.
