In 2016, the Equipment Measuring Room and the Department of Infrastructure were integrated into one, forming a new equipment Department. After the integration of the departments, the invisible barriers between the two departments were broken, the work efficiency was greatly improved, and our business and skill levels were significantly improved.

After the establishment of the equipment Department, the first important work is the Marine tank project started at the beginning of the year. When the project started, we were relatively unfamiliar with the technology in this field and had insufficient personnel, and the construction period was tight. We faced heavy difficulties and assumed the pressure. During the process of the project, the equipment department made careful deployment and strict control. After work, we organized concentrated learning to strengthen theoretical knowledge, and adopted the method of combining theory and practice to promote the improvement of the skill level of the entire equipment department staff. Finally, the equipment department has fulfilled its mission and successfully completed the task on schedule, safely and satisfies the needs of production. In late evidence collection work, due to the strict examination and high requirements of government departments, it is also affected by many factors, we repeatedly revised various materials and submitted them to the government management department for review. For some special circumstances, the core personnel of the equipment department fully communicated with the leaders of relevant departments. Finally, we cleared all the nodes and overcome various difficulties. Finally, we obtained the real estate certificate of the reinstallation project in December. So far, the marine engineering project ended perfectly and submitted a satisfactory performance to the company.

Looking back to the year 2016, we have gained more joyful achievements.

Under tremendous efforts of all the equipment department staff, they finished inspection and maintenance work for 40 meters high roof, garbage cleaning, rainproof and 5-6 meters deep sewage pool pump, hot and unventilated sandblasted premises pit;

From oily machinery and equipment to automated control systems; from overhauling frozen water pipes in extremely cold weather at the beginning of the year to assisting with asphalt paving on the North Gate Road in the heat of the day.

Whether it is cold or hot, we never talk about work boundaries, regardless of personal gains or losses, where maintenance is needed, we are always there!

Over the past year, they have been on the front line of maintenance, racing against time behind the scenes, in order to provide sufficient power for the operation of the enterprise.
