The 3500m³ Ethylene mounded bullet tanks is the first time to apply 9 Ni steel for low-temperature mounded bullet tank project in China and even in the industry, and we are honored to be fully responsible for the design and manufacture of the tank. As the first person to eat crabs, we had overcome multiple industry-defining technological developments and applications during the project execution,such as technical demonstration of mounded bullet tank, material testing and certification, stress analysis calculation, welding, PAUT/TOFD testing, and successfully completed the ASME&GB dual certification of this equipment. We have organized multiple thematic meetings including design, procurement, engineering, quality, material supply, production etc. With collective wisdom and continuous efforts,we ensured the high-quality equipment according to project management requirements, special equipment manufacturing requirements, and customer delivery schedules. Finally, the equipment met the high standards of customer acceptance criteria and was successfully delivered based on contract delivery date, ushering in this autumn harvest season with bountiful fruits.
